This'case belongs to that large and ever-growing class in which this court must continue to adjudge that a verdict rendered upon conflicting testimony and approved by the trial judge will not be disturbed, when no error of law was committed and there was sufficient evidence to support the jury’s finding. Judgment affirmed.
