Whether dependent entirely upon ‍​​‌‌​‌‌‌‌​‌​‌​‌‌​​​​​​​​‌‌‌‌​​‌​‌​‌‌​​‌​​‌​​‌​​‌​‌​​​‌‌‌​​​​‌‌​‌​‌‌​​‌​​‌‌‌‌​‌‌​‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌​‌‌‌​‌​‍circumstantial evidence, or whether based in part upon circumstantial ‍​​‌‌​‌‌‌‌​‌​‌​‌‌​​​​​​​​‌‌‌‌​​‌​‌​‌‌​​‌​​‌​​‌​​‌​‌​​​‌‌‌​​​​‌‌​‌​‌‌​​‌​​‌‌‌‌​‌‌​‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌​‌‌‌​‌​‍and in part upon direct evidence, the evidence was ample ‍​​‌‌​‌‌‌‌​‌​‌​‌‌​​​​​​​​‌‌‌‌​​‌​‌​‌‌​​‌​​‌​​‌​​‌​‌​​​‌‌‌​​​​‌‌​‌​‌‌​​‌​​‌‌‌‌​‌‌​‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌​‌‌‌​‌​‍to authorize the jury to find the defendant guilty ‍​​‌‌​‌‌‌‌​‌​‌​‌‌​​​​​​​​‌‌‌‌​​‌​‌​‌‌​​‌​​‌​​‌​​‌​‌​​​‌‌‌​​​​‌‌​‌​‌‌​​‌​​‌‌‌‌​‌‌​‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌​‌‌‌​‌​‍of carrying on a lottery.
