State, 48 Ala.App. ‍​​​‌‌​​​​​‌‌​‌‌‌‌​‌​​‌‌‌‌‌‌​‌‌​‌​‌‌​​‌​​‌​​‌‌​‌​‌‌​​‌‌‌​‌​‌​‌‌​​​​‌​‌​‌‌​‌​‌‌‌‌‌​​‌​‌​​​​‌​​‌‌​​‍26, 261 So.2d 445.
