In accordance with stipulation of counsel that the merchandise consists of dime banks similar in all material respects to those the subject of M. Pressner & Co. v. United States (36 Cust. Ct. 262" date_filed="1956-05-24" court="Cust. Ct." case_name="M. Pressner & Co. v. United States">36 Cust. Ct. 262, C.D. 1784), except that tin is the component material of chief value of the involved merchandise, the claim of the plaintiff was sustained.
