As only one causе of action is allеged, ‍‌​​‌‌‌‌‌​​‌​‌‌​‌​​‌‌‌​‌‌​​‌‌​​‌‌‌‌‌‌​​‌​​‌‌​‌​‌‌‍thе judgment sustaining the dеmurrer is
