Under the conflicting evidence in this case, there was no abuse ‍​​​​‌‌​​‌‌​‌​‌​​‌​​​‌‌​​‌​​​​‌​‌‌‌‌​‌​​‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‍of discretion in denying the interlocutory injunction prayed.

Judgment affirmed.
