McMILLAN, Judge.

The judgment of the circuit court is reversed ‍​​​​‌​​​​‌‌​‌​​‌‌‌​‌‌​​‌​‌‌‌​‌‌​‌‌​‌‌‌‌‌‌​​​​‌​‌‍and this case is remanded on the *552authority of Ex parte Sapp, 497 So.2d 550 (Ala.1986).

REVERSED AND REMANDED.
