There are thirty-one grounds set out in the motion for a new trial. In connection with said grounds, we have •examined the evidence in the record, and the charge of the court; and our conclusion is, that under the facts of this case the alleged errors complained of in grounds '8, 9, 10, 12, 13, 14, 15,18, 19, 20, 21, 23, 25, 26, 27, and 28 need no especial elaboration. These contain principles of law given in charge to the jury, and some of them are clearly laid down in the code as the statute law of this State. Others are familiar principles
