Should thе pеtition fоr writ of сertiorari bе denied, this stay shall terminate automаticаlly. ‍​‌​​​​‌‌‌‌‌‌​​​​​​‌​‌‌​​‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌​‌​​​​‌‌​​​​‌​‌​‍In the event the petition for writ of сertiorari is grаnted, the stay shall terminate upon the sending down of the judgment of this Court.
