Suit by the Rose City Company against Estelle Nicholson Langloe and others. From a decree for plaintiff, defendants appeal.
AFFIRMED. REHEARING DENIED.
This is a suit to foreclose a mortgage executed to secure a note for $2,500, signed by Sarah Palmer Richardson, deceased, and delivered to the assignor of the plaintiff. The answer alleged that the provisions of the will of J.J. Richardson, who was the devisor of the mortgagor, devised to the latter a life estate only in the premises described in the mortgage. From a decree in favor of the plaintiff, the heirs of the Richardsons have appealed. *243
