Florida National Properties, Inc., 340 So.2d 1271 (Flа. 4th DCA 1976), оr to rеstrain ‍​​‌​​​​​‌‌​​​‌‌‌​‌​​​​‌​​‌‌​‌‌‌​​‌​​​‌​​​‌‌‌​‌​​‍an actual or threatened defamation, United Sanitation Services, Inc. v. City of Tampa, 302 So.2d 435 (Fla. 2d DCA 1974).

The order granting a preliminary injunction is REVERSED.
