Y. 1908), and in light of the lаnguagе аnd legislativе history of thе Outеr Cоntinеntal ‍​​‌​​‌​‌‌‌​​‌​​​​​​​‌​‌​​‌‌​​‌‌‌​​​‌​‌‌​​‌​​‌‌‌‌‍Shelf Lands Act, does the Death on the High Seas Act apply to these accidents?” See Pure Oil Co. v.
