Y. Defendants in their answer allege that the straw-stacker was fitted to the thresher, and, without alterations in the latter, no other stacker could be used with it. Plaintiffs sought to strike this, but their motion was overruled. We cannot see how they were prejudiced, if the ruling was incorrect. And we may say in this connection, in response to an argument made, that the answer set up a defect in the stacker.
YII. What we have said covers the controlling questions in the case. A number of errors are assigned on the admission and rejection of testimony. We have examined each of the matters referred to, and find no prejudicial error in the court’s rulings. — Affirmed.
