Petition of the State, by its ‍‌​​​​‌‌​‌​​‌‌​‌‌‌‌‌​​‌​​​​‌​‌​‌​​‌‌‌​‌​​​‌‌‌​‌​​​​​‌‌​​‌‌‌​‌‌​‌‌​​‌​‌‌‌‌‌​‌‌​‌​​​​​‌​​​‌​‌​​‌‌‌‌‍Attorney General, for certiorari to the Court of Appeals to ‍‌​​​​‌‌​‌​​‌‌​‌‌‌‌‌​​‌​​​​‌​‌​‌​​‌‌‌​‌​​​‌‌‌​‌​​​​​‌‌​​‌‌‌​‌‌​‌‌​​‌​‌‌‌‌‌​‌‌​‌​​​​​‌​​​‌​‌​​‌‌‌‌‍review and revise the judgment and decision of that Court ‍‌​​​​‌‌​‌​​‌‌​‌‌‌‌‌​​‌​​​​‌​‌​‌​​‌‌‌​‌​​​‌‌‌​‌​​​​​‌‌​​‌‌‌​‌‌​‌‌​​‌​‌‌‌‌‌​‌‌​‌​​​​​‌​​​‌​‌​​‌‌‌‌‍in Robertson v. State, 53 So.2d 575.
