Petition of Nat Robertson ‍‌‌​​‌‌​‌‌​​‌‌​​​​‌​​‌‌‌​‌‌​​​​‌​​​‌‌​​‌‌​​​‌‌​​‌​‌​‌‌​‌​‌​​‌‌‌​‌​​‌​‌‌‌​‌‌‌​‌‌​​​​​​​​​​​​‌​​‌​‌‍for certiorari to the Court of Appeals to ‍‌‌​​‌‌​‌‌​​‌‌​​​​‌​​‌‌‌​‌‌​​​​‌​​​‌‌​​‌‌​​​‌‌​​‌​‌​‌‌​‌​‌​​‌‌‌​‌​​‌​‌‌‌​‌‌‌​‌‌​​​​​​​​​​​​‌​​‌​‌‍review and revise the judgment and decision of ‍‌‌​​‌‌​‌‌​​‌‌​​​​‌​​‌‌‌​‌‌​​​​‌​​​‌‌​​‌‌​​​‌‌​​‌​‌​‌‌​‌​‌​​‌‌‌​‌​​‌​‌‌‌​‌‌‌​‌‌​​​​​​​​​​​​‌​​‌​‌‍that Court in the case of Robertson v. ‍‌‌​​‌‌​‌‌​​‌‌​​​​‌​​‌‌‌​‌‌​​​​‌​​​‌‌​​‌‌​​​‌‌​​‌​‌​‌‌​‌​‌​​‌‌‌​‌​​‌​‌‌‌​‌‌‌​‌‌​​​​​​​​​​​​‌​​‌​‌‍State, Ala.App., 47 So.2d 227.
