The Court,

upon the authority of the case cited, were of opinion that the bill could not ‍‌​​​‌‌​‌‌‌‌​‌‌‌‌‌​‌‌‌​‌​​‌‌‌​​‌​‌‌‌‌​​‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌​​‍be sustained, and thereupon the decree of the chancellor was affirmed.1
