Petition of Cooper Ray ‍​​‌‌‌‌‌‌‌​​‌​​​​‌​​‌‌​‌‌‌​‌‌​‌‌‌​‌‌‌‌​‌‌​​​​​​‌​​​‌​​‌‌‌‌‌​‌​​‌​‌‌‌​‌​​​‌​​‌‌​​​​​‌​​‌‌‌​‌‌​​‌‌‌‍for certiorari to the Court of Appeals to ‍​​‌‌‌‌‌‌‌​​‌​​​​‌​​‌‌​‌‌‌​‌‌​‌‌‌​‌‌‌‌​‌‌​​​​​​‌​​​‌​​‌‌‌‌‌​‌​​‌​‌‌‌​‌​​​‌​​‌‌​​​​​‌​​‌‌‌​‌‌​​‌‌‌‍review and revise the judgment and decision of that ‍​​‌‌‌‌‌‌‌​​‌​​​​‌​​‌‌​‌‌‌​‌‌​‌‌‌​‌‌‌‌​‌‌​​​​​​‌​​​‌​​‌‌‌‌‌​‌​​‌​‌‌‌​‌​​​‌​​‌‌​​​​​‌​​‌‌‌​‌‌​​‌‌‌‍court in the case of Ray v. State, 23 Ala. ‍​​‌‌‌‌‌‌‌​​‌​​​​‌​​‌‌​‌‌‌​‌‌​‌‌‌​‌‌‌‌​‌‌​​​​​​‌​​​‌​​‌‌‌‌‌​‌​​‌​‌‌‌​‌​​​‌​​‌‌​​​​​‌​​‌‌‌​‌‌​​‌‌‌‍App. 357, 127 So. 799.
