The judgment is ‍‌‌​‌​​‌​‌‌​‌​​‌​‌‌​‌‌‌​​‌​‌‌​‌​‌​​‌‌​​‌​​​‌​‌​​​​​‌‌‌‌​‌​‌​‌‌​​‌​​‌‌‌‌​‌​​‌‌‌​‌​‌‌‌‌‌​‌​‌‌‌​​​​‌‍reversed and the cause remanded on ‍‌‌​‌​​‌​‌‌​‌​​‌​‌‌​‌‌‌​​‌​‌‌​‌​‌​​‌‌​​‌​​​‌​‌​​​​​‌‌‌‌​‌​‌​‌‌​​‌​​‌‌‌‌​‌​​‌‌‌​‌​‌‌‌‌‌​‌​‌‌‌​​​​‌‍the authority of Dalton v. State, 575 So.2d ‍‌‌​‌​​‌​‌‌​‌​​‌​‌‌​‌‌‌​​‌​‌‌​‌​‌​​‌‌​​‌​​​‌​‌​​​​​‌‌‌‌​‌​‌​‌‌​​‌​​‌‌‌‌​‌​​‌‌‌​‌​‌‌‌‌‌​‌​‌‌‌​​​​‌‍603 (Ala.1990).
