Petition of Ted Rainey for Certiorari to the Court of Criminal Appeals to review ‍​‌‌​​​​‌‌‌‌​​‌​‌‌‌‌‌‌​‌​​​‌​​​​​​​​​​‌‌​‌​​​​​‌‌‍and revise the judgment and decision of that Court in Rainey, alias v. State, 266 So.2d 335.
