This is an action for dower, begun in the probate court in 1897. The probate court decreed in favor of the demandant, and on appeal the Circuit Court affirmed the judgment, and it is now sought to reverse the same. It is undisputed that the plaintiff married W. F. With the foregoing modification, we affirm the judgment of the Circuit Court, and the case is remanded to the probate court for further proceedings, according to law, in the ad-measurement of plaintiff’s dower in the premises.
