PER CURIAM.

It appearing to the ‍​‌​‌‌​​​‌‌‌​‌​‌​‌‌​‌​​‌‌‌​‌‌​‌‌‌​​‌‌‌‌​‌​‌​‌‌‌​​‌​​​​​‌‌‌​​​​‌‌​​​‌‌​​​​‌‌​​​​​‌‌​‌‌‌‌​​‌​‌​​‌​​‍court that no appeal was taken from the final judgment ‍​‌​‌‌​​​‌‌‌​‌​‌​‌‌​‌​​‌‌‌​‌‌​‌‌‌​​‌‌‌‌​‌​‌​‌‌‌​​‌​​​​​‌‌‌​​​​‌‌​​​‌‌​​​​‌‌​​​​​‌‌​‌‌‌‌​​‌​‌​​‌​​‍in this case, but only from the order denying the ‍​‌​‌‌​​​‌‌‌​‌​‌​‌‌​‌​​‌‌‌​‌‌​‌‌‌​​‌‌‌‌​‌​‌​‌‌‌​​‌​​​​​‌‌‌​​​​‌‌​​​‌‌​​​​‌‌​​​​​‌‌​‌‌‌‌​​‌​‌​​‌​​‍motion for new trial, it is ordered ex mero motu, that the ‍​‌​‌‌​​​‌‌‌​‌​‌​‌‌​‌​​‌‌‌​‌‌​‌‌‌​​‌‌‌‌​‌​‌​‌‌‌​​‌​​​​​‌‌‌​​​​‌‌​​​‌‌​​​​‌‌​​​​​‌‌​‌‌‌‌​​‌​‌​​‌​​‍appeal be dismissed.
