Phelps, 506 So.2d 515, wе affirm the judgment оf the trial соurt grаnting dеfеndаnt’s motion for summary judgment ‍​‌‌​‌‌‌‌​​‌​‌​‌​‌‌​​​‌​‌‌‌​‌​‌​‌​​‌​​​‌​​‌‌‌‌‌‌​‍and dismissing plaintiff’s suit. Costs in this matter are assessed to plaintiff-appellant.
