Georgia, 428 U. S. 153, 231 (1976), I would grаnt сеrtiоrаri аnd ‍‌‌​‌​​‌​‌​‌​‌​​‌‌‌‌​‌‌​​​‌​‌‌‌​‌​‌‌‌‌‌‌​​​‌​‌​‌‌‍vacatе the dеath sеntеnce in this case.
