—In a claim to recover damages under Court of Claims Act § 8-b for unjust conviction and imprisonment, the claimant Irving Pough appeals from an order of thе Court of Claims (Weisberg, J.) entered March 2,1992, which granted the respondent’s motiоn for summary judgment dismissing the claim and denied the claimant’s cross motion for summary judgment.
Ordered that the order is affirmed, with costs.
