The opinion of the Court was delivered by This is a case of much difficulty, and the plaintiffs' counsel has made a strong presentation of the argument against the construction of the trust deed from W.D. Duncan to H.A. Duncan, adopted by the Circuit Judge. After careful consideration, however, we have concluded to adopt the reasoning of the Circuit decree as sound and convincing.

The judgment of this Court is, that the judgment of the Circuit Court be affirmed.
