Petition of T. J. Pittman for certiorari to the Court of Appeals to review and revise ‍​​‌‌​​​‌‌‌​‌​​‌​‌‌‌​‌​​​‌‌‌‌​​​​‌​​‌‌​‌​‌‌​​​‌​‌‍the judgment and decision of that Court in the case of Pittman v. State, Ala.App., 54 So.2d 630.
