The Ocmulgee Mills, a corporation in Georgia, bargained and sold to Phillips, one hundred and twenty-five thousand pounds of cotton out of a bulk of five or six hundred bales stored in a warehouse near the factory of that name. The cotton sold was not all weighed and separated from the bulk, but some of it was used by the factory, which factory had been leased to Phillips and "White, his partner, and was then run by them.
