Plaintiffs the State of Texas, by and through the Attorney General of Texas, Ken Paxton, and Relator Tarik Ahmed have reached an agreement in principle with Defendants Pfizer Inc. and Tris Pharma, Inc. (together with Plaintiffs, the “Parties”) to resolve the underlying case. The Parties require additional time to finalize the terms of their agreement and thus respectfully request that the Court grant a thirty- day abeyance.
