Appeal from a judgment of the County Court of Clinton County (McGill, J.), rendered September 24, 1999, upon a verdict convicting defendant of the crimes of offering a false instrument for filing in the first degree (four counts) and failure to register under the Sex Offender Registration Act (four counts).

Having reviewed and rejected defendant’s remaining assertions of error as lacking in merit, we affirm.
