—Judgment unanimously affirmed. Memorаndum: Defendant appeals from a judgment convicting him of criminal possessiоn of a weapon in thе second degree аrising from his possession of a sawed-off 12-gauge shotgun in thе City of Rochester. The weapon was seized by the police during a pаt-down search conducted following a foot chase. County Court properly denied defendant’s mоtion to suppress physiсal evidence and statements.
