Tbe Court, bolding that tbe indictment did not ‍‌‌​​‌​‌‌​‌‌​​‌‌​​‌‌​​‌‌​​‌‌‌‌​​​​​​‌‌‌​‌​‌​‌‌‌​‌​‌‌‌​​​‌​​‌‌‌‌​‌​​‌‌‌​​​‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌​‌‌​‌‌​‌​‌‌‌‌​‌​‍sufficiently aver that tbe relation of attorney ‍‌‌​​‌​‌‌​‌‌​​‌‌​​‌‌​​‌‌​​‌‌‌‌​​​​​​‌‌‌​‌​‌​‌‌‌​‌​‌‌‌​​​‌​​‌‌‌‌​‌​​‌‌‌​​​‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌​‌‌​‌‌​‌​‌‌‌‌​‌​‍and client existed between tbe prosecutrix and ‍‌‌​​‌​‌‌​‌‌​​‌‌​​‌‌​​‌‌​​‌‌‌‌​​​​​​‌‌‌​‌​‌​‌‌‌​‌​‌‌‌​​​‌​​‌‌‌‌​‌​​‌‌‌​​​‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌​‌‌​‌‌​‌​‌‌‌‌​‌​‍defendant, reversed tbe judgment of tbe Court below, ‍‌‌​​‌​‌‌​‌‌​​‌‌​​‌‌​​‌‌​​‌‌‌‌​​​​​​‌‌‌​‌​‌​‌‌‌​‌​‌‌‌​​​‌​​‌‌‌‌​‌​​‌‌‌​​​‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌​‌‌​‌‌​‌​‌‌‌‌​‌​‍and ordered judgment accordingly.
