—Appeals by the defendant (1) from a judgment of the County Court, Orange County (Pano Patsalos, J.), rendered January 16, 1990, convicting him of vehicular manslaughter in the first degree, upon his plea of guilty, under Indictment No. 89-00163, and imposing sentence, and (2) from an amended judgment of the same court, revoking a sentence of probation previously imposed by the same court upon a finding that he had violated a condition thereof,
Ordered that the judgment and the amended judgment are affirmed.
