Appeal dismissed unless the Appellate Division shall grant a motion, made within 10 days, to resettle its order of reversal and amend its memorandum decision so as. to show unequivocally that the judgments of the Supreme Court, Kings County, were reversed on the law alone (see People v. Rossi, 11 N Y 2d 787).
