With respect to the judgment in appeal No. 1, we agree with defendant that the conviction of criminal mischief in the third degree is not supported by legally sufficient evidence inasmuch as the People did not establish the value of the damage to the church property (see generally People v Bleakley, 69 NY2d 490, 495 [1987]).
