Judgment, Supreme Court, New York County (Ronald Zweibel, J.), rendered May 10, 1999, convicting defendant, after a jury trial, of reckless endangerment in the first degree, criminal possession of stolen property in the fourth and fifth degrees, unauthorized use of a vehicle in the second degree, possession of burglar’s tools and auto stripping in the second degree (two counts), and sentencing him, as a second felony offender, to an aggregate term of 7V2 to 15 years, unanimously affirmed.
The verdict was based on legally sufficient evidence and was not against the weight of the evidence. There is no basis upon which to disturb the jury’s determinations concerning the reliability of the officers’ identification of defendant as the driver of the vehicle in question.
