— Appeal by defendant from a judgment of the County Court, Nassau County (Cornelius, J.), rendered September 3, 1982, convicting him of burglary in the second degree and possession of burglar’s tools, upon a jury verdict, and imposing sentence.

Judgment affirmed.

We have considered defendant’s contentions and find them to be without merit. Gibbons, J. P., Weinstein, Brown and Eiber, JJ., concur.
