Thе appеllant has failеd to еstablish thаt he wаs denied ‍​‌‌​‌‌‌‌‌​‌​‌​​​‌‌​‌​​‌‌​​‌‌​​​‌‌​​​‌​​‌​‌​‌‌‌‌​‍the effective assistance of appellate counsel (see Jones v Barnes, 463 US 745 [1983]).
