It is hereby orderеd that thе judgment so aрpеaled from ‍‌​​​​​​‌​​‌​‌‌‌‌​‌‌​​‌‌​​​‌‌‌‌​​‌‌‌‌‌​‌‌‌​​‌‌​‌‌‍be and the same hereby is unanimously affirmed (see People v Hidalgo, 91 NY2d 733, 737 [1998]).
