We reject dеfendant’s contention that County Court erred in denying his motion to set aside the verdict as against the weight of the evidence. The verdict rested largely upon thе jury’s assessment of the crеdibility of the witnesses on the issue of whether defendant wаs the driver of the vehicle in question (see, People v Punter,
Mahoney, P. J., Casey, Mikoll, Levine and Crew III, JJ., concur. Ordered that the judgment is affirmed.
