Motion for an order waiving certification of the record on appeal herein or, in the alternative, for an order directing the Clerk of the Criminal Court of New York City to certify the record on appeal herein denied and appellant directed to obtain certification of the record by the clerk of the court in which the conviction was had. Counsel for appellant may submit in appropriate form his version of the disputed papers.
