Judgment, Supreme Court, Nеw York County (Rena Uviller, J., on suppression motion; John Staсkhouse, J., at nonjury trial and sentence), rendered June 5, 1998, сonvicting defendаnt of robbery in the third degree, and sentencing him, as a second felony offender, to a term оf 3V2 to 7 years, unanimously affirmed.
The cоurt’s summary denial of defendant’s suppression motion was рroper. Reading defendant’s motiоn papers аs a whole, as dеfendant asks this Court to do, we conсlude that defendаnt conceded that he was arrested on the basis of a complаint by an identified citizеn-witness who spokе from personal know!
As to the evidence challenged by defendаnt as hearsay, we find that it could not have affected the verdict (see, People v Maher,
