The motion to add issues is GRANTED. On order of the Court, the consolidated cases having been decided on June 19, 2006, Davis v. Washington, ___ U.S. ___, 126 S.Ct. 2266, 165 L.Ed.2d 224 (2006), the application is again considered, and it is DENIED, because we are not *743 persuaded that the questions presented should be reviewed by this Court.
