Appeal by the defendant from a judgment of the Supreme Court, Kings County (Egitto, J.), rendered October 15, 1984, convicting him of assault in the second degree, reckless endangerment in the first degree, and leaving the scene of an accident without reporting, upon a jury verdict, and imposing sentence.
