Appeal by the defendant from a judgment of the County Court, Nassau County (Delin, J.), rendered July 3, 1985, convicting him of robbery in the first degree, upon a jury verdict, and imposing sentence. The appeal brings up for review the denial of that branch of the defendant’s omnibus motion which was to suppress identification testimony. By order dated June 6, 1988, this court held the appeal in abeyance and remitted the matter to the County Court, Nassau County, to hear and report on the defendant’s speedy trial motion, and the appeal was held in the abeyance in the interim (
