Marra, Esq., 100 Centre Street, New York 13, New York, is assigned as counsel to prosecute the appeal. Motion by appellant to withdraw his appeal from an order of the County Court, Kings County, dated March 13, 1961, denying, after a hearing, his coram nobis application, granted; appeal withdrawn. Beldoek, Acting P. J., Ughetta, Kleinfeld, Christ and Pette, JJ., concur.
