—Appeal by the defendant from a judgment of the Supreme Court, Kings County (Firetog, J.), rendered June 8, 1993, convicting him of manslaughter in the first degree, reckless endangerment in the first degree, criminal possession of a weapon in the second degree, and criminal possession of a weapon in the third degree, upon a jury verdict, and imposing sentence.
Ordered that the judgment is affirmed.
Assuming, arguendo, that the trial court’s admission of testimony concerning the defendant’s possession and threatening use of a gun on two occasions prior to the shooting of which he was convicted was improper (see, People v Ventimiglia, 52 NY2d 350; see also, People v Alvino,
