Cole (1969), 382 Mich 695, this cause is reversed and remanded for a new ‍​​​​‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌​​​​‌‌‌‌​‌​​‌‌‌​​‌‌‌​​‌​‌​​​‌​‌‌‌‌‌‌​‌‌​‌​‌‌‌​‌​‌​​​​​‌‌‌‌‌​​​​‌​‌​‌​‌‌‌‌​‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‍trial.
