Appeal from a judgment of the Onondaga County Court (Anthony F. Aloi, J.), rendered June 20, 2006. The judgment convicted defendant, upon a jury verdict, of attempted kidnapping in the second degree and endangering the welfare of a child.

It is hereby ordered that the judgment so appealed from be and the same hereby is unanimously affirmed. Present—Scudder, EJ., Gorski, Centra, Green and Pine, JJ.
