Memorandum: Defendant appeals from a judgment convicting him following a nonjury trial of assault in the second degree (Penal Law § 120.05 [1]) and harassment in the second degree (§ 240.26 [1]). With respect to the assault conviction, defendant contends that the evidence is legally insufficient to establish that he intended to cause serious physical injury to one of the victims.
