Defendants have appealed from a judgment of the Soheneetady County Court convicting them of the crime of grand larceny in the first degree. The indictment charges that they obtained from the complainant by the aid of false and fraudulent representations the sum of $3,500. The evidence supports the verdict of the jury. Judgment of conviction affirmed. Hill, P. J., Crapser, Bliss and Heffernan, JJ., concur.
